Why is the flag lowered? We answer this question quite a bit so I thought I would share the following notice that came my way today:
The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor JB Pritzker that all person or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of:
South Holland Firefighter Dylan Cunningham
All United States flags and State of Illinois flag should already be lowered due to the COVID-19 disaster proclamation.

Students of the Week (SOW) - We will take time each week to recognize outstanding students from each grade level. Good Morning! Spirit Wear is in and will be distributed today to the students to take home.
The Washington Middle and Lincoln Grade School Spirit Wear will be in next week. More information will be sent out once the Spirit Wear is delivered to WMS.
