WMS was well represented at Teen Conference on Thursday! When students returned to school, they were excited to share how much fun they had and how much they learned! One student said, “I learned that sometimes friends just want someone to listen. I should just listen without giving advice.”


D52 staff kicked off 2023 with Mr. Adam Welcome! Adam is a former teacher and principal who has authored several books. He now travels the country speaking and working with schools. #kidsdeserveit
D52 staff is excited to welcome students back tomorrow, January 5, 2023!


On the 12th day of Christmas our admin team gave to me…Pancakes! Staff enjoyed our made from scratch pancakes this morning! Special shout out to Mrs. Link for opening up the kitchen and to Mr. Robinson for assisting!


Congrats to the WMS Competitive Cheerleading team who made school history this weekend by qualifying 3 weekends in a row for the State Championship on February 15! To qualify, teams needed to have a score of 70, the WMS cheerleaders scored higher than 80 at all 3 competitions!

Shout out to our special guests today! Tim shared his experience battling back from a major injury. Hailey (ISP) shared her experiences with distracted drivers. A few students got behind the “wheel” and tried to text and drive. Great stuff!




Congratulations to the WMS 7th grade girls basketball team! The team advanced to the state tournament earlier this month and brought home 3rd!
