As an accountability piece to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the Illinois State Board of Education has created new school report cards with more indicators. These indicators now include 'student growth' in addition to proficiency scores as well as non-academic measures. On October 31st, these report cards were released and we as a District, have both schools in the "Commendable" designation! Here are some very informative (1 page) documents that explain the designations and the indicators:

In addition to these documents, the new Interactive Illinois Report Card Website is very informative and includes all of our district data in all the different indicators as a comparison to state averages.
