Age requirements: Children who are residents of the district and turn 5-years-old on or before September 1, 2024.
Pre-registration : Kindergarten Pre-registration begins on Monday, February 5th. Click here to fill out the pre-registration form.
Schedule screening: After you pre-register, call Lincoln Grade School at 309-444-2326 to set up an appointment. Screening will take place on Thursday, April 25 & Friday, April 26.
Documents required to pre-register: These can be dropped off at the LGS office after you have filled out the pre-registration form above. Office hours are M-F from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
